Cursor Not Moving and Screen Frozen On Launch of Game

Ever since I updated my game about a month ago every time I go to launch the game, the screen is frozen and the cursor will not move. If I slide over to the main desktop then back to the game screen ...

Could you please provide the following information

-  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
-  What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)

I'm having the exact same issue as above. I have deleted all mods and cc. Troubleshooted moving/resetting EA folder.  Changed onedrive locations. Still not loading and freezing, I am on PC
