customer does not buy snacks from the fridge business and hobbies

I placed a Corporate Fridge Raider Revenue generating Cooler in the gym. No customer is using it at all. Only employee will go and eat one time during working hours. 

I tried have browse and buy, eat , cook and bake option. But nothing works.
