Cybernetics options not all available anymore

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By using Dr. F's Official Robotics Workstation
What happens when the bug occurs? The option to make the ExoMech suit and helmet isnt there
What do you expect to see? When I click on Dr. F's Official Robotics Workstation, then Craft Cybernetics, there should be three options. One option to craft robo-arm, one to craft an exomech suit, and one to craft a helmet. There is only one option to craft robo-arm the other two options no longer show up. My sim is level 10 in robotics and the other two options used to appear but now they are gone completely.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

Level 10 Robotics sims does not have access to all cybernetics options. Only craft robo-arm shows up as an option. Options to craft exomech suit and helmet do not appear. I have already made an exomech suit because the option was there before along with the option to craft a helmet. The two options randomly stopped appearing.
@logically_mental Is the sim who is trying to make the suit in the engineering career? As far as I can tell in my own game, the sim has to be at the top of the engineering career to get the options to craft the suit and helmet.
