I was harvesting prairie grass and my sim found String in it, which is a Debug item. When I went to my household inventory, the item was marked with a red X and unable to be placed. I've never found debug items when harvesting prairie grass before so that was weird. I also tried using the bb.showhiddenobjects cheat and bb.showliveeditobjects but both of those resulted in a Command failure.
