[DHD] Empty Houses, debt before starting renovation

After the last game update I am experiencing issues related to Home Decorator pack. Some of the gigs are in empty houses and there's no one to talk to and it's impossible to access the property. Some...

Could you please provide the following information

-  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
-  What platform are you playing ?

No mods or cc, I have never used them. I have 95% of the expansions/packs/kits though.

I am playing on PC, I installed the game from scratch one month ago and only applied the updates since then.
