[DHD] Empty Houses, debt before starting renovation

After the last game update I am experiencing issues related to Home Decorator pack. Some of the gigs are in empty houses and there's no one to talk to and it's impossible to access the property. Some...

Empty lots, no owners present, both in residential and commercial. 

The budget issue in commercial only for now. I haven't played the active version of the career since I had the issue.
