Diagonal rooms Sims 4: Uneven odds

So diagonal rooms aren't my issue on how to make it. In fact, trying to put stuff in the diagonal room is my main gripe. It's always uneven. Example: Counters, refridges and stoves always make it look uneven in a diagonal kitchen. Even with all of the possible cheater codes, I still can't make a diagonal room look good. Any tricks on how to make diagonal rooms look decent?

  • @CommishLawWonder Good question. Diagonal rooms add visual interest to the home shape, but they do require more work – and sometimes more building experience. Using MOO and alt-placement can be useful, but test whether this will affect the placement of the lot if you use them to make sure items don't delete with MOO off when the lot is placed.

My advice would be to experiment with different types of cabinets and kitchen object combinations to see what works and looks best in the diagonal kitchen. For instance, for certain design goals there is one countertop that has interesting angled 'end piece' counters. ("The Harbinger Counter")

I hope there will be something there you find helpful. Let me know if you have further questions.
