I’ve been looking for this game last night since the release time and I on god cannot find it anywhere. It’s not in my game and it’s not in the actual EA app either. I’ve been dying to buy the game but I can’t really do that without an actual purchase page.

I bought it, downloaded it. None of the CAS or item are available in game
@ZellDinkin could you tell us if you are on PS, Xbox or PC?
Also did you restart your game after downloading the pack? If not then try that and if it still doesn't work, if it says it's definitely downloaded I would uninstall and reinstall the pack then restart your game and try again.
I'm on Xbox and it's a simple process to go to Manage Game and Add-ons and look at the list of add-ons and uncheck the box then check it again, it's very quick task. On PS (I'm reliably informed) it involves uninstalling the whole game and then reinstalling which takes significantly longer.
