Dine Out Booths Crash Game

Been playing with the Dine Out build items a lot ever since the release of the new Cozy Bistro Kit.    When attempting to plot booth style seating to chairs in my sim's restaurant it continuously causes the game to crash and exit without reason.    I have tested this multiple times and it only does this when I try using that specific item.  Regular chairs, tables are working just fine at this time.

    @ThatGoodGood91 For me it doesn't exit. It just bugs out! I can't delete, go back or do anything. so I always have to force close it and restart the game!

    Mine is also bugging out when trying to place restaurant booths. I do have mods. The first time the game froze and I had to force close. This most recent time it just crashed.
