If you weren't a console player I would recommend Carl's Dine Out mod https://www.patreon.com/posts/download-dine-v4-64188681 it fixes all the glitches. Dine Out is notoriously buggy and has never really worked unless you use this mod. Also stay away from My Wedding Stories, and For Rent, because they're never worked either.
