Dine Out Perk Cheats Not Working | Tried Everything

Hello to whoever reads this, I've been searching high and low for a fix for this issue since I think I know the cause of it (I recently downloaded Seasons which seems to have an issue with this specific cheat and maybe a few others it seems?) But I haven't been able to find anything. I've typed in a specific cheat in for the Dine Out Perks and no matter how many times I type it in or check to make sure there are no mistakes (typos, underscores, testingcheatson/true), it's not budging.

I also downloaded a script mod that said it fixed this issue to no avail, I'm a bit frustrated and I don't know what else to do. Two other people had this same issue and one was from a closed thread from almost 7 years ago and the other had no response to the person who tried to help with the issue, so, I'd appreciate some assistance.
