The original post sounds slightly different, but the thread overall may cover your issue. (I haven't read every single post.) If this bug report does cover you, please use that thread.
The Laundry List is a list of bugs that the team has made enough progress on to hopefully address in the next patch. It's not a guarantee, just a progress report of sorts. Not seeing a bug on the LL doesn't mean it's unknown or not a priority, only that the team doesn't expect to fix it with the next major update, whenever that happens to be. On the other hand, some bugs never make the LL and still get patched, so it doesn't really matter if you don't see your particular bug on the list.
That is the one I'm experiencing, I read through that thread but didn't find any answer other than the mod. I already have mccc enabled so I just don't want to deal with another mod, that's all.
