Dizzy sims for months

I have been unable to play TSFP because for almost 3 months now I have had troubles with dizzy sims. I enter the game, and my sims keep spinning and dizzy. I reinstalled the game, restarted my iPad, connected myself again... I can't do anything. I use the Apple iCloud so that makes me unable to launch the save in another device as I only have 1 Apple product (aside from my mother's phone). I might have to restart my entire game. I remember playing for months on my phone and never had any issues. I played for nearly a year on iPad and out of nowhere, a while after Halloween I was unable to play properly. If I spawn with a family I need to send other sims to work from the sims manager tab, because if I go see those sims or call them they also get dizzy, triggering the "The sim is busy at the moment and cannot be sent to work" tab. I need help please... I can't do this anymore with this game I have come quite far, I'm at level 23 and don't want to restart.
