Do I need a Gaming computer for Sims 4(with Mods and Packs)+other games?

I want to know what kind of computer I need for Sims 4(with lots of mods/CC and basically most packs except for everything after Island one, I do want to download Eco Living, DU, SE, Nifty Knitting t...

@Madamelee anything with 8gb RAM is worthless, it will make your gaming experience very laggy specially when alt-tabing to do other tasks on the computer. so you can erase the 8gb ram options from your list.
