Does anyone know how to make the 801 error code stop appearing?

Every time I launch my game I get a message saying "The game failed to load. Error Code 801. It is recommended that you relaunch the game". However, every time I relaunch the game I get the message. I've tried clearing the cache, doesn't work, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the EA app and nothing. I've reached out to customer services and nothing they've told me has worked either. Any tips and tricks would be great. Would deleting my last save file work? As the last save file created was when the message started appearing?. Thank you in advance for any advice.
