Hellole6gjuy7iozd You need to have at least level 3 in the Charisms skill, then the option to donate should appear.
If your sim does have this skill level, and it is still not appearing, and if you use mods/cc,try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.
I found it on the computer under Charisma on the second "page" of options. Hope this helps!
