Dont have a lifetime reward store

The lifetime rewards store can be found on the bottom right of the screen. Its under the "goal" tab, which is the icon on the far left of the row of icons (alternatively, press 'G' on the keyboard to bring this up). This opens a little tab, which lists your Sims current goal/aspiration, it should also display what how many lifetime reward points your sim has, and should also display an icon with a star and an icon with a little present. The star icon changes your current goal/aspiration, while the little present icon opens the reward store.

What you have in your picture are the sims emotions. there are short term 'moods' which can affect gameplay for a short period of time (e.g. inspired = increase painting/cooking/mixology/writing/instrument learning skill gain, or confident = increases charisma skill, helps social interaction gains)
