Employees do not show up at the "Today's Lunch Special Station" on campus, and the sim I'm operating cannot buy lunch. ( The NPC is serving rice from somewhere without permission.)

what do you mean by 'The NPC is serving rice' ? Which NPC ? Did you say you don't have an employee ?
Could you maybe add a pic ?

During lunchtime, no employees are appearing, and students (NPCs) other than the Sim I’m controlling are eating lunch on their own without going through the “Today’s Lunch Special Station.”
I have attached photos which I hope will help illustrate the issue.
The game was fully updated on November 6th (Japan time).
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

is this a new save you started after the latest patch or an existing one ? Does it work on a new one for testing purposes ?
Also I can't really read the times on but this is when they should appear

This issue occurs only in my existing save, which I started before the latest patch.
I tested with a new save, and the employees appeared normally during lunchtime.
I’ve attached one photo from the new save for reference.
Please let me know if there is anything else I should try to help resolve this issue.
Could you try if it makes a difference if you delete the station in your existing save and place a new one ?
