[ECO] Wooden Fences to Be Added to Pack

Here are some beautiful wooden fences I would like to see added to the pack in a patch.

@canelacaliente I like that there are two heights. They should add the ability to change fence heights (instead of adding the same fence 3 different times with 3 different heights). Also to be able to change the size of the fence gates/doors so that they aren't so comically small on the fences (i.e. sizing them up with "[" and "]" would work on the larger fences).
