Electives Missing? Discover University Bug

My sim is going into to acting career after getting their college degree, but the drama degree only levels up comedy and charisma, and my sim needs the acting skill, and when I went to look for the acting elective it was missing. When I went to search for the elective list here to find what the name of the acting elective is, I realized that there were about 40 electives on this list and only about 15 electives to choose from in the enrollment catalog. I took all of my (already small number of) mods out and the issue still persists. I have every single EP, GP, and SP that's out right now and haven't disabled any of them. Why is this happening and how do I fix it?

    @LittleNeopet Do you already have acting skill ? I'm not sure but I think you might need a certain level already to be able to choose it.

    My sim already has level 5 of the acting skill.

    I tested it with my other sim with the other university, and its still the same (idk if the actual classes are the same but the number is)
