Through Origin. I used the exact command line code and it isn’t working. Very strange. Didn’t mean to hijack your thread, just thought it was a similar issue - apologies

@cherriesandwine1No worries at all. I thought you did the thing that Psychotps said (adding a desktop shortcut with the added bit at the end), and it didn't work.
Did your game still load up the packs? Or did it show them as downloading? When you disable packs through the command line (Origin) and then start up your game, it will show the packs 'downloading'- but they aren't actually.. it's some weird thing. The packs will still show in the main menu when you load the game but the packs wont be in game (or, shouldn't be). Did you disable (in Origin) and then open your game to check (starting a new save file to see)? *edited for clarity - 5 years ago
Yeah I opened the game and everything is still there as usual unfortunately. It’s annoying as it doesn’t seem to be affecting others so I assume it’s maybe an issue on my end

@cherriesandwine1just wanted to make sure (for clarity) if you started a new save file after disabling packs in Origin. When I used the disable packs command line in Origin (when I first found out about it) I thought it didn't work, but then once I made a new save file (and started playing) I saw the packs were disabled (just looked like they weren't). The mechanism and programming is not very user friendly. The game packs will show in the main menu when you open the game, but once you start a new game it should have those packs disabled.
