Endless loading when trying to load a lot

I have the same issue. Spesifically with the lots in Anchorpoint Warf, San Sequoia. It's just an endless loading screen. When the lot is vacant there is just the loading screen, and when I try to load a household, you can suddenly hear the music of the game starting, but It's still just loading. The rest of my game is working fine, and I can access any other lots/households (even other neighbourhoods in San Sequoia).

I've spent my most my day off trying to figure it out, trying to load lots, and this is what I have tried so far:

- Disabling mods, and even removing all my mods.

- Tried moving in a sim from manage worlds

- Tried visiting the lot with a sim, same thing, just gets stuck in the loading screen.

- Tried moving a sim there from live-mode

- Moving a sim to the lot from map view, and then moving the sim back out again. 

- Tried visiting another lot that is close, then pressing "visit lot" 

The lot was not built using mods (I do not use build mode CC) or debug items.

I would have tried to replace the lots from manage worlds, but I do not have the lots saved in my gallery... 

Anything new on this issue?
