Error Code: 102:3d8950e7:1f21b4d1

  • Platform: Window 11
  • Which language are you playing the game in? English
  • How often does the bug occur? Every time
  • What is your current game version number? The latest one, as I just did your 9/18/24 update.
  • What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except Love Struck
  • Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open the game, select a neighborhood, select a household and then received error code.
  • What happens when the bug occurs? nothing absolutely nothing. I get this error code, press OK and I return back the neighborhood.
  • What do you expect to see? I expect the game to load and I am able to play my paid game.
  • Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? NO

I am at two days after updating my game with no ability to play my game.  What is the compensation for the inconvenience?  Although the community is helpful, I am tired of the absence of a EA representative.

    I am really struggling.  I have followed all the steps in the Community threads and even posted my own thread for help, with no reply.  I am not able to launch my game at all. I keep getting this error code 102:3d8950e7:1f21b4d1.  Please advise how to resolve the error code.

    Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

    Best is to delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and check if new ones are created.

    If that is the case, please upload them to a new post in this thread.

    Please either create a .rar file to upload or copy/paste the content into your post.

    Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Uploading the file is meant for troubleshooting.
