The error code is identical. I have mods.

I was able to continue playing by replacing the default Thriftea with an augmented version I found on the Gallery. However, the Bubble Tea counter lost all its interaction options and nobody showed up to staff it. If this continues happening, I'll start by disabling script mods and then work my way through my other mods from there. I use relatively few tuning and script mods, and I keep them updated, so it's more likely that I've got a piece of outdated CC hanging around in a folder somewhere. I try to keep objects with custom tuning separated from the rest of my CC, but sometimes I miss one. The other possibility is that this is a game issue like the infamous Fame bug from not that long ago. Hard to tell when the game is so darn buggy.
