I've been trying to play the game for three days straight, but no matter what I do, I can't play. Can someone help me with this error? What should I do?

Every time I open TS4 it will go to the menu screen, but once I click resume game it gives me this error code: 123:1034405:ff49c79f and tells me to restart the game. I've tried restarting the game, my computer and updating my computer. Plz help ;(
