When i try to save, i get it pop up I managed to get past it by saving as but when i tried saving again, the same thing happenned

Hi all,
So I have installed the fairies (bought and paid for). During installation it said that I didn't own the digital content and did I want to continue to download or pause (why would it try to download something I didn't own?) So not knowing what it was talking about, I paused and didn't give it another thought.
I went back to my game.
In the twelve hours since, it will not save (error code 13 - any ideas, folks?)
I am currently running a repair for the second time since I installed the new extension pack.
I've tried taking some old items out of my library.
The mysterious paused download has disappeared.
I have no CC or mods, I use the occasional cheat code and they have never caused a problem before.
Any ideas, folks?
Well this is new...I've just completed the repair and it has wiped away everything I have done sine March 13th 2025... hundreds of hours of gameplay just vanished.
At least Warhammer figures don't disappear into thin air..
Are you using oneDrive ? Sometimes the game switches between the drives and you might be playing another state then that.
