error code 13
When i try to save, i get it pop up I managed to get past it by saving as but when i tried saving again, the same thing happenned

Hello! I Downloaded some lot in the gallaery and when I was trying to save it, I got error code 13. What does error code 13 means. Does this mean that my savefile will eventually be corrupted. I'm overthinking this, please help

This does not happen if there are no mods in activities for small business venue. I was able to get by and fix it by using save as and tried making another small business with no mods in it
This happens to me now with any buisness WITHOUT CC (I do NOT use mods). I do notice it happens only once I assign the buisness to a sim and I get the same Error code 13 in Live mode, Build mode while on the business lot and sometimes when the I send the sim home, I get the Error 13 on their home lot too (No CC). But I CAN save if I travel with the sim to a random community lot, like a bar, lounge or park. Then it saves. I want to note, my businesses WITH CC run okay too, load fine and play normally, but also have the same Error when attempting to save IF the business is owned.
