Error Code: 132:3a7472c9:8af283a5. GAME CRASHING

I've been having this issue where my game keeps on crashing and this code is now popping up

Error Code: 132:3a7472c9:8af283a5. It is recommended that you relaunch the game.

I re-launch my game redid all my mods updated all my mods. and it still causing an issue I don't know what's going on. Can someone please help me I attach a photo of the message.

    I tested with no mods and it was fine. But I also backed up my saved files and trays yes

    Now I'm getting another error after launching the game and adding some Sims to a house
