    To 'Research Grafting' you have to click a plant, then the option wiil appear.

OMG, Thank you, I feel so stupid. Research... is on the computer usually that's why I thought it was a bug. I don't usually garden in my regular saves so I wouldn't have known that.

There's still the matter of the gardening bugs I am having...grafting not working...they say if you graft a lily to a snapdragon you get an orchid. I didn't get an orchid, I got dragon fruit. I'm going to plant all new plants and try again
