Event Quests Never Starting

I've had this going on for a few weeks now. I did the first 2 weeks of the current event quest but after that none of the quests ever started again. I played for like an hour after the 3rd week quests launched and never had the quests start. I tried playing again this morning hoping that it would load the quests so that I could finish working through them, but it still wouldn't start the week 3 quests. 

I do play with mods, but as far as I can tell they're all up to date. I also own most of the packs, where i don't own kits.
