everytime my sim eats the horse comes in sims 4

@LovemeTayBizarre, in the meantime, horses cannot walk up stairs, so you could try to make the house on foundation higher than the first step height, otherwise I think they can, like sims can step over one height foundation, if you elevate it twice with proper stairs, then horses wont be able to get in by any means...
