I'm working on a kind of Wikipedia for Sims for the German community. There's all sorts of random stuff in there.

• What exact values are used to calculate the bills & utilities?

How are the following positions calculated (in consideration of traits, NPC Voting, neighborhood value etc.)?

• Lot Taxes
• Power
• Water
• Other Taxes
• Tax Breaks & Penalties

I would like to have official data. Does anyone have an idea where I can get this or know of a resource where this has already been listed?
