Explosive malfunction - nothing broken

I've encountered this two times in game play today 5/02/25 after the latest patch. I am playing a home business lot. I will get a notification of an explosive malfunction but nothing is broken. I've called the repair man to see if they can find it with not such luck. No mods or CC installed.
