Facial Birth Mark not Carrying Over to Outfits

I hope you're well and swell while reading this message. I've encountered a frustrating issue in the game. When I add a facial birthmark in the "skin details" category, it doesn't carry over to different outfit categories. Birthmarks seem to be treated as makeup, requiring me to select them for each outfit individually, which is incredibly tedious and frustrating. Birthmarks are genetic features, and they should apply to all categories after selection.

I also suggest the inclusion of a "apply to all outfit categories" button in CAS to simplify this process. I'm so damn tired of editing makeup 40 times, yes, 5x8=40, FORTY freaking times for each Sim. This is  I N S A N E !

I don't just hope; I demand that this minor bug be resolved by the developers. If anyone with authority is reading this, please bring it to their immediate attention.
