Re: Fairy Garden EA app Error - "Game Ownership Disabled or Deleted"

My game would freeze - in a way - before going to another lot in the games.  Since I have a Mac I had to restart the computer.  I looked up online as to why and it read that there may be a corrupt file and what to do.  I did that, went to manage the game and repair.  Well, it got to the "Fairy Garden Digital Kit" and read that I didn't own this.  

I pre-ordered the game. I was suppose to have owned it.  How do I rectify this issue?  I had to delete it in order to get the repair updated. Am I missing something?
