I should point out as well that I play with ageing and Neighbourhood Stories turned off because I am a total control freak and so as to avoid unwanted losses.
I also haven't lost any Sims that were family members moved to Other Households. I run a backup incase I do lose anybody.

@simsplayer818 The eyeball ring alone should be enough to warrant a culling. :-)
