Same. I can't add more units after entering this cheat. No mods are installed.

Make sure to type it like this: bb.increaserentalunitcap on
Also be aware that the 99 lot max per save still applies.I hadn't, hank you!
I’m having this issue. I used testingcheats true and have no mods or cc. The “+create unit” shows up but it just adds whatever I’m trying to create as a new unit to the last unit I created. It doesn’t add a new unit.
