Fear of Dead end job
I think about 90% of my sims have gotten this as of now. Even if some of my Sims are in there ideal careers (my painter sim in the artist profession) seem to just get this fear when it makes absolute...

My Sim just had this happen, too. He came home from work, earned a promotion, AND had the fear of a dead end job. It makes no sense! Also, he is in the career needed to fulfill his aspiration, so there's really no reason at all to feel like he's in a dead end job... I love the wants and fears but they seem buggy in many ways, and it's very frustrating.
