Fear of Dead end job
I think about 90% of my sims have gotten this as of now. Even if some of my Sims are in there ideal careers (my painter sim in the artist profession) seem to just get this fear when it makes absolute...

Just had this problem myself, and the sim who got promoted somehow got the fear twice. Image attached. While I do enjoy the fears, some of them need some tuning. Especially the fear of dead-end job. I like that it makes it harder for sims to get promoted. Adds some much needed challenge to the game, but I don't like how often it pops up, or when it pops up right when my sim gets promoted. That makes zero sense.
