[FFQE] Didn't get reward after crash

I completed the Friends Forever event each week and completed the final week just before the close date. Once it got to the final week, I completed each of the tasks. My computer then crashed due to the game. Sick of the crash, I logged off expecting my rewards to be there. I have returned to the game today, and I have none of the rewards. I am doing a collection completion save file, and I am now not 100% due to this bug, as I did not get the final magnet. 

I have attempted to download from the gallery like I have for some of the old event-specific collections I did on other PCs, but it is removed each time. 

Does anyone have any suggestions??
