@keeroo92 You'll need to change the keybinding for the Steam in-game overlay. Click Steam in the upper left corner of the Steam window, then Select Settings > In-Game. Click the box that's displaying shift-tab, and hit the key(s) you'd like to use instead, e.g. crtl-tab. Then click OK in the lower right corner to save the change.

@moutchis Steam settings have to be somewhere. If you can't find them, please post a screenshot of where you're clicking and what you see.
