Fish collection behavior changed with CL update?

Hi all,

Before I stop playing and test with my mods removed, then spend time posting a bug report, I was wondering if anyone can confirm this change that I'm seeing since the Cottage Living update.

It used to be that if you discussed fishing locations with another sim and they told you about a new fish that fish's information would appear in both the notebook and the household collections menu. Since the CL update, when I learn about a new fish from a sim it appears in the notebook but does not count as a collected fish.

I haven't gone fishing with my sim yet, but she has found a foul minnow in a dirt pile while looking for collectibles near her home and the minnow counted as a collected fish, and I had her purchase some fish from the vendor near Catarina Lynx's house and those also counted, but I've learned about seven or eight other fish types from NPCs and none of them count as being collected. If this is an intentional change it will make completing the fishing aspiration quite a bit more difficult since you will have to actually catch 20 different fish instead of just finding out about them, and completing the fish collection will take far longer than before.
