Fishing spot at Hermit's House doesn't work

I've seen a few topics with this problem and never any solutions. I cannot click on the fishing sign at all. It and the beach around it counted as inaccessible terrain, as in they have the red cancel sign over the cursor. I've tried going to manage worlds and back, waiting a day, and exiting the game. Nothing. Can't fish. Can't get the Mountain Lion Fish. The hermit is now fishing in the spot and I can't interact with him either, as the game thinks that whole area is not in bounds.

    @ud15kqbr4h0b 

    Fix the game in Origin and check if this sign started working properly.

    Origin/ My games library - right-click on TS4 - option "Repair game"
    You have to wait until Origin will fix all packs, not only the base game.

    I had this same issue - the terrain around the fishing sign at the Hermit's House and the sign itself are marked as inaccessible terrain, but only when the camera is facing the back of the fishing sign. When the camera is facing the front of the sign/towards the waterfall, the terrain around the sign and the sign are accessible, and my sim is able to fish. I use the Sims 4 camera.
