Starting yesterday the results Ive gotten looking for items on the gallery have been less than expected. Its only providing any options for the "newest" option. when clicking popular now or most popular there are no results.
For example I am searching for a household that only has one sim in it that is a cat(this also is the same for dogs). What I expect are hundreds of results for any of the newest, popular now and most popular results. What I get instead are as follows:
Newest:
Most popular:
Popular now:
What's odd is if I search with the same filters and a hashtag or item name I then get MORE and the expected results instead of less which is confusing to me considering Ive only added delimiters here.
Its also taking several minutes to load any option or selection I make, when I try to scroll down and any other thing that would need the gallery to connect to the database its data is in. This is causing me to think that there might be some kind of timeout or loading issue occurring with the cloud service that contains gallery data. I've never not gotten some kind of result for what I would consider a very generic search I have done many times before.

I have done the following in attempts to fix the issue:
- removed mods.
- restarted computer
- repaired files
- deleted localthumbcache
- wifi connection checked
While I am able to see items when I initially open the gallery, I am unable to search anything as it will display " No Results Found". I am also unable to view catalog of other creators and unable see their builds.
I have attached images of the issue.
I've been having the exact same problem for over 6 hours now. I think it's an EA server issue, but I'm waiting for a response from someone who knows more than me.

I think this was on EA's end as I encountered the same issue several hours ago. It seems to be working fine now, if you're still online and need to use the gallery.
It still doesn't work well for me, it's not a connection problem and I have the game without mods (I don't use them)
I will wait :)Hi mikimikina I think the gallery is still having issues. I just checked and while the gallery tab did come up and show creations, both my personal gallery and my friends galleries were all showing no uploads. What worked for me to fix that was to search under one of my friends id and then his creations appeared. After doing that, my personal gallery and friend's catalogues appeared as normal.
We all may find that until it's fixed on the EA side that it may be hit or miss with what does or doesn't load for us.

I have the same problem since this morning, even the web version of the gallery doesn't work.

Same issue here! I actually ended up accidentally deleting my legacy game thinking it was my fault😭
Also having this issue! Was working fine this morning but now when opening the gallery it will load the first screen but show "no results found" whenever trying to search for anything in particular.
Has anyone confirmed if this is on EA's end? Is there any troubleshooting that's worked for anyone??
Pretty sure it is an EA thing. I see another post regarding the Gallery that is currently under investigation!
I've also been having the same issue since yesterday. Tried the same things you mentioned and even moved my tray folder. I can't even look at my own gallery creations. Hope EA fixes it soon.
