Starting yesterday the results Ive gotten looking for items on the gallery have been less than expected. Its only providing any options for the "newest" option. when clicking popular now or most popular there are no results.
For example I am searching for a household that only has one sim in it that is a cat(this also is the same for dogs). What I expect are hundreds of results for any of the newest, popular now and most popular results. What I get instead are as follows:
Newest:
Most popular:
Popular now:
What's odd is if I search with the same filters and a hashtag or item name I then get MORE and the expected results instead of less which is confusing to me considering Ive only added delimiters here.
Its also taking several minutes to load any option or selection I make, when I try to scroll down and any other thing that would need the gallery to connect to the database its data is in. This is causing me to think that there might be some kind of timeout or loading issue occurring with the cloud service that contains gallery data. I've never not gotten some kind of result for what I would consider a very generic search I have done many times before.

I have tried every single recommended fix for this issue I can find in this forum and elsewhere online. Nothing is working. I am getting either an endless loading wheel, or a "No results" message. It also says many people I follow haven't uploaded anything or have 0 followers. Sometimes I will get some content to view on the gallery after about a 20 minute load time, usually it just times out and gives me the "No results" message.
This problem started after I uploaded a build to the gallery on 8/28/2025. I deleted that build to see if that was the problem, but it didn't fix it. I since put it back on the gallery but I get a message saying "You haven't showcased or shared any items."
80% of my gameplay involves using the gallery. I really need this fixed. Thanks. Files linked below.

I’ve been having the same issue since yesterday. I have several Sims and tattoos uploaded to the gallery, but none of them show up it just says “No results found”. I cleared the cache, removed all CC, and retried multiple times, but nothing worked. I also can’t see other people’s uploads anymore.
Pretty sure it’s everyone right now. Found more people talking about it on Reddit. The gallery is broken at the moment. I wonder when they will fix it
I assumed it was just my wifi that was making the gallery slow but then I switch to a new wifi and the gallery was still taking ages to load or not loading at all!! That's when i suspected it was an ea problem.

Same here. I've been playing in offline mode for months because of the bugs and now this.
I'm also having this problem. Gallery is either stuck on the loading wheel, or if it does connect then it shows no content. Cannot filter based on people I follow, lot size or any of the filter options as it just returns "no results".
