Food spoiling immediately
I'm not sure what's happening but my fridge is constantly saying clean out spoiled foods and I cooked something after cleaaning out and put it in the fridge and it immediately said it was spoiled

Try cleaning out the fridge of all spoiled food, then save the game and come out of the game. Then, if you use mods/cc, try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.
