For rent aspiration

I'm playing a kind of sims challenge where I'm trying to complete all the aspirations without any cheats, but I've come to one aspiration from the For Rent DLC (I don't know what it's called because I don't have the game in English, but I think it's something like Resident of Choice) where in the last stage of this aspiration I have to break some kind of rental rule, the problem is that no rental unit in the world has any rules.
