For Rent Not Working Properly
Is anyone having issues with the for rent pack? Whenever I try to buy/build a residential rental, it keeps making the unit rating extremely low even after I have put all the suggested items in the build. The suggested items also don't tick/highlight when I have placed them in the build. I play on Mac but have never really had any problems previously.
The rental rating also depends on gameplay. You need to interact with tenants and preform maintenance task to get the ratings to go up.
If you have a lot of high quality objects (look at the lease agreement to see how the objects you've place are rated) the rating should go up fairly quickly once you've started to play, but 4 or 5 stars requires actively playing the rental and actively preforming maintenance tasks - either as a tenant or a landlord.
Your relationships with tenants/landlord are also counted in the ratings.
