@raysims3 Does it happen without mods as well, if you load an earlier version of the save to play up to that point? A mod thought to be working could still be interfering with the payment system.

    @raysims3 And just to confirm, this is with localthumbcache deleted? Is it specific to that household or lot?

      This happens with all cache deleted and isn’t household or lot specific.
