For rent so glitchy I dont want to play it

Since getting for rent I legit no longer want to play sims in general because of how glitchy it is. My landlord does not get payment, no maintenance events happen, no "active period" ever starts because once a person moves in their lease never ends even when i set it for 1 day. Anytime they travel it says they no longer own a rental at all the only way to fix this is go back to the home unit and click on build mode twice. My game also only saves when i hit save and go to managed world. Its so insanely annoying it makes me not want to play at all.. does anyone else have these issues? it got worse since they patched it a few days ago.

    As this report contains multiple bugs and we may already have active dedicated bug report threads opened for them here "Compiled list of reported issues" this thread has been closed.

    If there isn't an active thread dedicated to each of the bugs you're experiencing in the link above, please go ahead and create a new bug report, one per each individual bug after testing if the issues persist after installing any mods/cc. That way, we can track things easier and provide relevant information regarding the specific bug.
